I’ve been doing a five week yoga challenge which basically means I have to make it to yoga at least three times a week which is approximately 4.5 hours of sweating and a lot of laundry. I was really dehydrated after my last yoga class because I had gone on a two hour run beforehand – getting ready for my first 100 miler next year is no easy process!
So in lieu of a big, hot dinner I decided to have an ice cold green drink made with chia seeds, frozen grapes, kale, banana and a little agave.
- 4 kale leaves
- 1 handful frozen grapes (approx 1.5 cups)
- 1/2 banana
- 1.5 tbsp chia seeds
- 1.5 cups water
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Drink and enjoy!
