For the perfect post-yoga or workout meal, try these kale wraps – they are light, refreshing, and really easy!
Ingredients for Kale Wraps:
- 3-4 kale leaves
- 1/2 cup cooked adzuki beans (black or red beans will also work)
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 Southwest Sunshine Burger patty, warmed and crumbled
- 2-3 tbsp fresh tropical salsa
- Sprouts, to taste
Wash and place kale leaves on a plate. Put avocado, adzuki beans, and Southwest Burger patty on top. Spoon some fresh tropical salsa over the wrap. Fold leaves up and tuck in ends. Cut into pieces if you’d like.
