There’s really nothing quite like fresh salsa – not only does it taste great – but its also a great way to guarantee a healthy meal topper. I love it on everything from wraps, sandwiches, veggies, or even just with some chips or crackers.
- 1 cup chopped tomato (1/2 inch chunks)
- 1 cup chopped mango or pineapple (1/2 in chunk)
- 1 avocado, peeled, pitted and cut into 1/2 inch chunks
- 1/4 lightly packed chopped fresh cilantro
- Juice of one lime
In a small mixing bowl, toss the ingredients together. Cover and refrigerate until you’re ready to use it!
